Calibra is a web client used to view and navigate processes, data models, data navigation diagrams, business intelligence information and dashboards, to manage staff hierarchies and business unit placement, and to raise and track progress of quality improvement opportunities and issues.
 
Information is presented by Calibra in two ways:
 
 
For authenticated users,
     audience-specific information is
     provided, ie items likely to impact
     them or be of particular interest.

  For un-authenticated users,
     ‘general audience’ information is
      presented.

 
Both Calibra and Caper contain keyword-based search engines that can locate and hyperlink to MetaSphere-catalogued organisational information.

This is crucial for the use of design knowledge repositories of any significant size, in change management and support, because rapid navigation to relevant models and knowledge is a major determinant as to whether such a system will be widely used on an ongoing basis.
